Jugglr

Terms

Jugglr is early software, made by one person, given to a small number of people to try. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple.

What you are getting

A licence to use Jugglr for yourself, for as long as it is offered to you. It is free, and it may change, break, or stop. Nothing here is a promise that it will keep working, and it is offered as it is, without warranty of any kind.

What Jugglr will do with your accounts

Only what you have allowed. It reads the emails you star and the times of your calendar events. It sends an email only when you swipe to send that specific reply, and it writes nothing else into Gmail. If you take a permission away, it stops.

A reply Jugglr sends is sent by you, from your address. You are responsible for what goes out, which is why nothing goes out without your swipe and a few seconds to take it back. Read the draft before you send it: it is written by a language model and it can be wrong.

What you agree not to do

Use it to break the law or to do to someone else's inbox what you would not want done to yours. Don't try to get at other people's data, and don't attack the service.

Ending it

Delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app; what happens to your data is described in the privacy page. Access can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, since this is a personal project rather than a business with obligations to customers.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jugglr's maker is not liable for anything that follows from using it — including an email that was sent, a task that was missed, or data that was lost.
